Dedicated Internet Access (DIA)
Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) offers you ease-of-use in addition to meeting your bandwidth needs of internet access with fiber at speeds up to 155Mbps. The service provides dedicated fiber access from your site to the Bright House Networks' IP network. The user bandwidth is carried transparently through the Bright House Networks' network to the internet.
Standard Options:
- Service speeds (symmetric) ranging from 2 Mbps to 155Mbps.
- 2Mbps to 15Mbps in 1Mbps increments
- 15Mbps to 50Mbps in 5Mbps increments
- 50Mbps to 100Mbps in 10Mbps increments
- 155Mbps (uses different CPE)
- Domain Name Service hosting (both forward and reverse resolution)
- IP Services
- Internet Access
- DNS Query
- NTP
- Dynamic and Static Internet Addresses included (with completed IP justification form for blocks greater than 14 usable.)
- Business Customer Service Level Agreement.
Upgrade Options:
- Metro Ethernet Solutions (Multiple site Intranet) using separate electrical ports on the optical CPE
- Leased Router with no configuration file
